In my yoga classes, simplicity, functionality, and straightforwardness are the foundation. We practice twists to maintain the spine's rotational capability and muscular support, emphasizing that deeper is not necessarily better. Throughout the sessions, we incorporate blocks to enhance proprioception, stability, and engagement. This approach helps improve the functionality of your practice, offering new feedback and awareness in familiar poses.
